The mechanism for receiving and processing consumer complaints is subject to the following procedure:

  • We adhere to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in the approved mechanism for handling consumer complaints, which is stipulated on the Ministry’s website through the following link: https://mc.gov.sa/ar/ECC/Pages/default.aspx
