Provisions for exchange and return:

Our mechanism for receiving and processing exchange and return requests is subject to the following procedure:

  1. In the event that you order and then pay by one of the cash payment methods and then express your desire to withdraw before issuing the bill of lading and delivering the shipment to the carrier, you have the right to receive your money directly and in full. However, after issuing the bill of exchange and delivering it to the carrier and then refusing to receive it on your part, 30 riyals will be deducted from the total amount returned to you after the shipment is returned.   4. In the event that you order, then pay by one of the cash payment methods, then receive the products, then express your desire to return and receive the paid money for no reason, you have the right, within 7 days of receipt, to return the products at your expense and then receive your full money after we receive them, provided that the products are not opened, used, or stored in conditions that cause damage to the product. Damage to products, such as high temperature, extreme cold, or poor handling.
  5. In the event that you order, then pay by one of the cash payment methods, then receive the products, then defects appear in the products within 7 days of receiving the products because of us or because of the carrier of the shipment, according to photographic proof showing the defects, we must compensate you with a replacement shipment or an amount equal to its value, or return your money.

  1. Crystallization of honey (honey freezing) is a sign of its authenticity and is one of its natural characteristics and does not indicate a defect in it! Please understand and review the published research on the property of crystallization at some times and in some types of honey and why some companies resort to pasteurization!
  2. We do not pasteurize honey to avoid harmful crystallization!


  • Correct errors during ordering:
  1. We have the right to correct errors that occur from us in an electronic communication unintentionally, such as errors in pricing, quantities, or product descriptions, and inform the shopper before shipping of the unintended error. The shopper has the option of executing the order after correction or canceling it.
  2. The shopper has the right, within 24 hours of his order, to correct errors in the order - if any - and before shipping or making use of the products he received.
